> Matthew VanDyke, a US citizen held in India for more than six months over accusations of supporting ethnic separatist groups, was released on temporary bail and returned home. Six Ukrainians detained with him were also freed. Prosecutors dropped terrorism charges earlier this month and instead accused them of visa violations for entering restricted areas near the Myanmar border.
