> Ukraine condemned what it called Russian attacks on civilians after strikes across Kyiv killed at least seven people and wounded more than 80. Drones hit the National Academy of Sciences and other civilian sites, while attacks elsewhere killed three people in Dnipro and wounded dozens in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Odesa. Moscow says it targets military-related sites.
