> The discovery of 12 women’s bodies in Ekurhuleni, east of Johannesburg, over two months has alarmed South Africa. Police have made arrests in three cases, which do not appear connected, but say they cannot rule out a serial killer. President Cyril Ramaphosa called the murders a “stain on our national conscience.”
