> Police in Nigeria’s southeastern Abia state recovered the skulls and bones of at least 28 people from suspected criminal camps in the Umuaku and Nneato forests. Authorities believe they may be kidnapping victims, but investigations are continuing to identify them and determine how they died after suspects fled the raid.
