> Israel’s far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has urged a full-scale war in the occupied West Bank, telling the military to replicate its tactics in Gaza. He also advocated annexing Israeli-controlled parts of Gaza and southern Lebanon. Human rights experts and analysts warn that the remarks should not be dismissed as election rhetoric.
