> A court in Northern Ireland has cleared a Protestant parade to use a contested route through a Catholic area for the first time in nearly three decades. Counterprotests are under way after the legal dispute ended early Sunday, while police try to keep the two sides apart. The Drumcree dispute dates to the mid-1990s, when route tensions brought riots, roadblocks and murders that threatened the peace process.
