> Families of four Tunisian activists detained since March describe the emotional toll of separation, hunger strikes and uncertainty. Wael Naouar began a hunger strike on August 16 to protest his continued detention and was hospitalized as his condition deteriorated. The men deny alleged financial wrongdoing linked to fundraising for the Global Sumud Flotilla, and none has been convicted.
