> South African police have found a woman’s body in Tembisa, a Johannesburg suburb, marking the tenth such discovery in recent months. The Gauteng police commissioner said similarities among the deaths could point to a shared modus operandi, but it is too early to confirm a serial killer. The killings have triggered a national outcry over violence against women.
