> A powerful nor’easter is affecting tens of millions of people from Maine to Virginia, bringing coastal flooding, strong winds, heavy rain, power outages and travel disruption. New York and New Jersey have declared states of emergency, while more than 1,100 flights were delayed and about 400 cancelled. Events including Ed Sheeran’s Boston concert were called off.
