> Morocco’s Authenticity and Modernity Party won 97 of 395 parliamentary seats, the largest total but well below the 198 needed to govern alone. King Mohammed VI must appoint a prime minister from PAM, which will need coalition partners. Turnout fell to 38 percent as public disengagement persisted, while the incoming government will oversee preparations for the 2030 World Cup.
