> German investigators believe Russia’s GRU arranged the September 3 attack near Rohde & Schwarz and Helsing’s Munich headquarters, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported. Incendiary devices were thrown at a construction site, with one catching fire; no one was hurt. Police detained a 28-year-old woman and a 38-year-old Bulgarian man, whom investigators suspect were recruited by the GRU.
