> Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum that Russia is ready to share effective cultural practices, including the Pushkin Card. He said its digital model could be adapted to any country by changing the denomination and participating institutions while retaining direct access to cultural venues. The program gives Russians aged 14 to 22 free access to museums, theaters, cinemas and other cultural sites.
