> EU countries have agreed on terms to release €6.6 billion from the European Peace Facility for Ukraine, ending a months-long deadlock, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said. Most of the money will reimburse weapons deliveries, while €900 million will support military training and €1 billion will fund joint equipment purchases.
