> French President Emmanuel Macron denied an El Mundo report claiming that the CIA had warned European governments about a possible Russian drone attack from the Mediterranean. In a prime-time television interview, he also said France would send troops and defence systems to Saudi Arabia to help protect the Red Sea port city of Yanbu.
