> Washington and Beijing have agreed to extend arrangements intended to ease trade tensions through January 10 next year, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said. The sides also agreed to partially cut tariffs, extend the suspension of reciprocal tariffs and remove some trade and economic restrictions.
