# ‘Sanctions from hell’ law not expected to hurt Russian exports

> Russian businesses hope China and India will maintain trade with Russia after the United States adopted the so-called “sanctions from hell” law, RSPP President Alexander Shokhin said. He cited transport, logistics, payment and settlement problems, along with secondary-sanctions risks, and stressed the importance of political backing and favorable financing for exporters competing abroad.
