> An armed group killed 15 people in Madegoua near Makary in Cameroon’s Far North, prompting several hundred residents from 10 nearby villages to flee toward border towns. No group has claimed responsibility, but a security analyst said the attack was likely carried out by the ISIL affiliate Islamic State West Africa Province.
