> Donald Trump says Washington is in constant communication with Yemen’s Houthis and that the group has agreed not to fight the United States. The claim comes amid sharply rising Houthi-Saudi tensions and heightened US-Iran confrontation. Iran says its border forces remain on constant alert, while Qatar works to restart talks; Tehran also refuses to reopen the Strait of Hormuz until conditions it associates with a June agreement are met.
