> The U.S. House approved a bipartisan bill on Sept. 16 by 262-159 that would authorize President Donald Trump to impose tariffs of up to 100% on countries buying Russian oil and gas. It would also sanction senior Russian officials, financial institutions, state-owned companies and foreign entities supporting Moscow’s defense industry.
