> A Gaza City building sheltering displaced Palestinian families collapsed after being weakened by earlier Israeli strikes, killing at least 12 people. Rescuers are searching for about 100 people, including 50 children, but say the effort is severely hindered by a lack of heavy machinery. Fourteen injured people were taken to hospital, while voices were still heard beneath the rubble.
