> More than 3,400 people fleeing renewed fighting in Yemen reached Djibouti’s northern coast within 48 hours, authorities said. The surge followed a Houthi offensive capturing the Red Sea port of Mocha and advancing towards the Bab al-Mandeb. Djibouti is deploying security and health services and preparing for up to 10,000 arrivals.
