> EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas says Europe must not be intimidated after a Russian drone struck a passenger train near Ukraine’s border with Poland. Ukrainian Railways said a train carrying Boris Johnson, David Petraeus and other European advisers, which passed shortly beforehand, may have been the intended target.
