> Iran and Oman postponed talks scheduled for Monday at the request of some regional countries, saying the move was in the interests of consensus. The decision came hours after an attack on an Iranian commercial vessel in the Strait of Hormuz killed one person and wounded four. A maritime monitor separately reported that another vessel was hit and caught fire, but it was unclear whether the incidents were connected.
