> Russia has ordered the Goethe-Institut to close its offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk. Employees must stop working by September 13, while staff sent from Germany must leave the country. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the move responds to Germany’s planned closure of the Russian House in Berlin.
