> The World Food Programme is urging the international community to add food assistance to the Ebola response in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, saying severe hunger in the east is hindering containment. More than 500,000 people in Ituri face emergency-level hunger. Authorities report 6,757 confirmed cases and 3,267 deaths across 61 health zones in six eastern provinces.
