> UN Special Envoy for Yemen Hans Grundberg warned that the country’s fragile truce is collapsing and the war has entered “a new and more dangerous phase.” After Houthi rebels seized Mocha near the Bab al-Mandeb strait, he urged immediate action to protect civilians and trade routes and called for an end to attacks and threats against commercial vessels. The UN said fighting has displaced more than 11,400 households since September 3, while 18.3 million people face acute food insecurity.
