> The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant lost power 10 times over the past three months, while Kyiv obstructed repairs to its power lines, Russian envoy Mikhail Ulyanov said. He accused Ukrainian forces of attacking several plant facilities and said the site remains on the front line, in cold shutdown and unable to generate electricity for its own needs.
