> Members of the European Parliament have urged EU leaders to urgently use €200 billion in Russian assets to finance Ukraine. The 122 signatories support transferring the immobilized funds to a new EU instrument that would assume legal obligations and spread the risks currently concentrated in Belgium, where most of the assets are held.
