> Germany’s gas storage facilities could be completely depleted as early as early February 2027 if the coming winter is cold, according to INES. Storage is expected to reach no more than 77% by November 1, while the level was 54% on September 6, down 19 percentage points from a year earlier. An extremely cold winter could cause fuel shortages.
