> A school in the occupied West Bank has been enclosed with barbed wire as Palestinian parents fear rising Israeli settler attacks. Six people, including three pupils, have been killed in al-Mughayyir this year; a 14-year-old pupil was shot dead by a settler outside the school gates in April.
