> Russia launched ballistic missiles at Kyiv on Tuesday after U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner visited the capital in an effort to revive stalled peace talks. Ukrainian officials said cruise missiles were also used; homes in two districts were damaged, fires broke out across the city, and Kyiv’s mayor said people were trapped in a residential building. A three-day ceasefire ended the same day.
