> Yemeni authorities plan to retake Sana, which has been held by Houthi rebels since 2015, Al Jazeera reported. An aide to the defense minister said a decision had been made to “liberate Sana” and settle the confrontation with the Houthis. The Saudi-backed government and the rebels have been fighting since August 2014, with tensions worsening sharply this summer.
