> Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Moscow viewed Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner’s visit positively, describing it as “one small step toward peace.” He said Russia did not rule out resuming trilateral talks with the United States and Ukraine, although discussing their venue and timing was premature. The meetings produced no major breakthrough, and Volodymyr Zelensky said the war would likely continue into winter.
