> Palestinians in northern Gaza held funerals for the remains of about 100 people, including 60 children, recovered from destroyed buildings in Gaza City’s Zeitoun neighbourhood. Civil defence officials say an estimated 8,000 bodies remain under rubble, but a lack of heavy machinery is delaying recovery efforts.
