> IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi says a localized ceasefire has begun around the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant to allow repairs to its damaged remaining power line. Ukrainian technicians will start work after demining, while an IAEA team monitors the operation. The plant is relying on emergency diesel generators and may face a blackout within days if off-site power or additional fuel is not secured.
