> Russia’s Battlegroup North has begun reinforcing the encirclement around Ukrainian forces in the Volchansk pocket, according to a Russian defense source. The source said many Ukrainian soldiers had already started surrendering. Putin earlier said another Ukrainian group of up to 2,000 personnel had been encircled in northeastern Kharkov Region.
