> Ukraine’s military said it carried out several attacks on Sochi on Sept. 3-4, including a naval drone strike that set the Russian vessel Nefrit ablaze. Russian Telegram channels later posted footage apparently showing an oil depot fire near the port, while reports of an explosion near a Pantsir system remained unverified. The extent of the damage was unclear.
