> Vice President JD Vance said the US will not resume talks with Iran until attacks on commercial vessels attributed to Tehran stop. He said recent US action was intended to make it harder for Iran to fire on shipping and protect oil and gas flows, while major combat operations against Iran have not been ongoing for a long time.
