> Israel released Malek Ghazi, the first of five Lebanese civilians it has agreed to free in return for Lebanon’s help locating the remains of Lebanese Jewish leaders killed in the 1980s. Talks intended to end the war with Hezbollah remain stalled, while Lebanese media reported that Israeli forces detained three more men in southern Lebanon.
