> Russian Ambassador Sergey Nechayev says Germany has rejected transferring employees of the Russian Consulate General in Bonn and the Russian House to the embassy in Berlin. Germany plans to close the consulate by September 18 and end the agreement covering the Russian House, which Nechayev says will severely hinder consular and legal services.
