> Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar said during his first visit to Kyiv on Sept. 3 that stopping purchases of Russian oil would not end Moscow’s full-scale war against Ukraine. He said the conflict should be resolved through dialogue, diplomacy and negotiations, while India seeks to secure fuel for its 1.4 billion people and remains willing to support efforts to end the war.
