> About 25 trillion rubles ($287 billion) in capital investment has been attracted to Russia’s Far East over the past 11 years, while the region’s gross product has more than tripled, President Vladimir Putin said at the Eastern Economic Forum. He cited operating industrial, infrastructure and energy projects, including port terminals and rail lines.
