> Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Russia will close Germany’s Goethe-Institut branches after Berlin shut the Russian House in Berlin. He described Germany’s measures over an alleged sabotage attempt at Leipzig Airport as a deliberate step ending its cultural presence in Russia. The institute has branches in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Novosibirsk.
