> Russia will close Goethe-Institut branches in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg in response to Germany’s closure of the Russian House in Berlin, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said. He called Germany’s justification—an allegedly Russian drone that crashed at Leipzig/Halle Airport—false and said the evidence remained unconfirmed.
