> WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus says every Ebola transmission chain in the Democratic Republic of the Congo must be found and broken to contain the outbreak. Official data puts the death toll above 3,000, while conflict, weak infrastructure and a funding shortfall of more than $1bn hinder the response.
