> Search and rescue efforts continue a week after glacial collapse triggered devastating floods and landslides across Nepal and Tibet. At least 1,114 people have died in Nepal and nearly 4,000 are missing, while the UN estimates the disaster left at least 2.2 million tonnes of debris. Nepal has formally sought climate compensation from major greenhouse gas emitters.
