> Russian forces carried out a missile and drone attack on Odesa and the surrounding region overnight on September 2. A 24-story apartment building was damaged, and eight people, including a child, were injured; two were hospitalized. Cars, offices, and two educational institutions were also hit. Parts of the city lost power, electric transit stopped, and the Peresyp district reported water outages. Russia’s Defense Ministry said the targets were an unmanned-boat plant and fuel tanks at Odesa’s port.
