> Germany has formally accused Russia of attempting to sabotage a Ukrainian An-124 cargo plane at Leipzig airport. Berlin will close Russia’s consulate general in Bonn and the Russian House in Berlin, summon Russia’s ambassador, and tighten entry rules for Russian citizens. The EU and NATO backed Germany, while Moscow called the move a fabricated pretext and promised a response.
