> Lebanon’s health ministry said the death toll since the armed escalation began on March 2 has reached 4,353, with 12,323 people injured. It accused Israel of carrying out airstrikes on several settlements Tuesday in violation of the June 19 ceasefire; casualty figures were not immediately available. The ministry also said Israeli troops used phosphorus munitions against hills where Hezbollah units had operated, sparking fires and prompting evacuations.
