> EU countries have not yet responded to Volodymyr Zelensky’s request to accelerate the transfer of part of a loan to Kyiv, Politico reported. The funding comes from a €90 billion plan approved in December 2025, including €60 billion for weapons and €30 billion for budget needs in 2026–2027, raised through joint EU borrowing.
